Look, I was merely stating what I think it is since Dragon ball, or should I say, Goku is inspired by that chinese legend “Journey to the west” half the designs in that are chinese so my guess was that it was chinese.
Kinda like what’s around Oolong’s bowl when he’s transformed into a giant ramen making robot or something.
well, everytime I saw designs similar to that in DB it was chinese, not necessarely(sp?) chinese writings. just chinese designs.
