Yeah…it’s a real shame because they never really knew WHO illidan or Arthas were. The story has no meaning to them. Warcraft Lore is just so good too and they miss out on it.

Don’t worry. They might one day. I doubt that they’ve truly forgotten Warcraft’s RTS/RPG roots. I guess it’s just that World of Warcraft has generated so much success for them that it’s become their current focus to foster that. But hopefully WoW won’t eclipse the entire Warcraft franchise.

the Lich King is not Stormwind King’s son. The Lich King is the fusion of Ner’zul and Arthas Menethil, son of Terenas Menethil who was the King of Lordaeron which is now known as the Undercity. Read up on your lore please.
